Privacy Policy

This Document states the privacy policies for our applications with respect to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal and non-personal information.

Collection of Information

We generally collect or receive information through your use of our applications for mobile devices or other devices.

   • Downloading our applications or making in-application purchases;
   • Using your mobile device to access and use our applications;

Personal information is any information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number, sign-in information for third party social networking services (if applicable), and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. The personal information that we collect will vary depending on the type of products or services that you are using, including our applications, and how you access those products or services. The personal information that we collect may include your name, contact information (such as email address, mailing address, fax number, and telephone number), demographic information (such as gender, age, and occupation), and personal preferences.
We may also collect and analyze non-personal information to evaluate how visitors use our applications. Such non-personal information may include general technical information about your computer, device, hardware, or software that you use to access our applications, such as your device’s IP address, unique device identifier, MAC address, or other transactional or identifier information regarding your device or systems; information about your use and interaction with our applications. This information may include the length of time you used or played any of our applications, the features of our applications that you used, your game progress, and other game-related statistics; Information regarding the mobile device used to access our applications, including geo-location and time information. If a mobile phone is used to access our applications, we may receive your phone number from a third party; and “Cookie” information, which are small text files stored on your device when you visit websites, used mainly to measure session activity on the website and for authentication purposes.

Purchase of our applications from Third Parties

We may receive information, including personal information, from organizations that sell our applications. This information may include account or registration information. The type of information provided will vary depending on the third party organization and the type of our application that has been purchased, and will generally include information such as your name, email address, age, user ID and location.

Use of Information

We may use information, including personal information, to develop, deliver and improve our applications and other products and services and to better tailor them to meet the needs of our users and customers. We may also use information to improve our marketing and promotional efforts and manage our relationship with you. We may also use contact information provided by you to contact you in connection with our applications. We may use personal information for additional purposes that may be identified at or before the time that the information is collected from you.
We will retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required or permitted by law.
We may share personal information with third-party subcontractors and agents who work on our behalf and third party service providers to provide certain products and services. Such third parties do not have the right to use personal information beyond what is necessary to assist us, and they are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and security of the personal information and are restricted from using such information in any way not expressly authorized by us.

Disclosure of Information

We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.
We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
• In case of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our web page of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

We will not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected, except with your consent or as required or permitted by law. Consent may be express or implied, and given in writing by using or not using a check-off box, electronically, orally, or by the user’s conduct, such as use of the services or products.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Application is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Application which helps us keep the cost of the Application low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by the Application, including, but not limited to, the unique identification ID of your mobile device and your mobile telephone number. To protect the anonymity of this information, we use an encryption technology to help ensure that these third parties can’t identify you personally. These third parties may also obtain anonymous information about other applications you’ve downloaded to your mobile device, the mobile websites you visit, your non-precise location information (e.g., your zip code), and other non- precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising on the Application and elsewhere. We may also share encrypted versions of information you have provided in order to enable our partners to append other available information about you for analysis or advertising related use.


You can stop all collection of information by our applications easily by uninstalling the applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application or network.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows users who are California residents and have provided their personal information to us to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail us at support@pictureeditoronline.com. Within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for third party direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding year, along with the names and addresses of those third parties. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.

Privacy of Children

We do not use the application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@pictureeditoronline.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.


We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.


This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here and informing you via email or text message. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. “Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
